Welcome to our website

Thomas Mundy Peterson is engrained in our American history. He was the first African American to vote in the Unites States of America. He was born in Metuchen New Jersey and lived his adulthood in Perth Amboy New Jersey as a Councilman for his community. The Foundation is proud to honor his legacy and through your support, we will ensure his legacy will be remembered through education and public display.

The Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit organization.
